Post subject: PIL against sale of endowments lands		Reply with quote
A rit petition was filed in high court against sale of endowment lands. On behalf of Viasakhana peetham(Tirumala) secretary G.Prabhakaracharyulu, senior lawyer S.Ramachandra Rao filed litigation in court. That petition was filed against Endowments revenue principal secretary, Endowments commissioner, CBI and ACB. They are demanding to do enquiry on all the sales of endowment lands from 2002 october.
