Free Power

Well, seems Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh is only concerned about farmers leaving other sects of people in a soup.

I am very surprised when I read today that there 10-12 paise increase per unit from July. So are we supposed to suffer for giving free power to farmers?

In which way is this justified?

I too thought that the increase in power prices was because ysr wants to divert funds to give free power to farmers. but the real fact is that the increase in power should have been done last year by the Telugu Desam Government. They ignored this issue and now the YSR Government was forced to do this.

This has nothing to do with the YSR Government policy and the Free power issue.

Mistakes by previous governments are put on the present government shoulders. In any case people are made to suffer.

YSR will not increase power charge. TDP increased power charge because they used to purchase power from the companies which used to sell at high price. YSR said that they will purchae power from the companies which sell for low price.
