In those days Kishore Chandra Deo's uncle Chandra Chudamani Deo used to contest from Parvatipuram(general) constituency. Normally they dont give tickets to SC\STs from general constuencies.

I got some information about Satrucharla Vijayarama Raju. His mother belongs to patnaik(karanam)community. His father Satrucharla Surya Narayana Raju is oriya kshatriya but his name looks in telugu style. Most of his relatives are living in Orissa. Some of them are doing jobs with bogus ST certificates. None of his relatives are STs or married STs.
