What is the main reason for backwardness of Srikakulam district?

Not only Srikakulam district,every place's backward ness is on account of illteracy. Illiteracy makes people depend on others and over dependence of people on some body or politician or government are not going to yield any good results. One can acheive good results by only learning and hard work. Getting rid of back ward ness has no short cuts like seperation. Seperation makes one pushing to corner and make him aloof. People have to change from times, get educated and reduce their dependency on politicians and even governments.

Srikakulam is too far from Hyderabad. If separate Telangana forms Vijayawada will be capital AP. Vijayawada is also far from Srikakulam. Transferring Srikakulam to Orissa or forming separate state with Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts is only solution.

In big states like AP how many districts can develop? Some people say that whole AP will be developed only by unity. Punjab and Haryana are very small states and very much developed than AP. Forming small states is only solution for solving problem of regional imbalance.
