| | Heavy fines can definitely solve the problem of prostitution. 100 rupayala kosam vyabhicharam chese chillara lanjalaki jarimana ante enduku bhayam undadu? Police are doing raids rarely. So they are not fearing about fines. |

| You cannot control prostitution by fines--it will only increase police taking bribes from them , who will then raise their charge on customers
we have to make realistic compromises.
prostitution has been mentioned in mahabaratha/bible/koran etc so we CANNOT erase it--we just have to minimise it by proper regulation.
Our Telugu society is infamous for supplying prostitues(like Nepal). We have to look at our society--why? Why is this problem not so bad in other states? Is our caste/feudal set-up responsible? Why our rich people always keep mistresses? Why do we have dommaras, joginis and bhoginis?
We can legalise it with strict supervision about health of prostitutes, rates, prevention of exploitation and AIDS and removal of pimps.
IT IS TIME TO ACCEPT THIS PROBLEM AND DEAL WITH IT THAN TRYING TO DO IDEALISM WHICH WON'T WORK.
By the way I have seen 10-12 year old girls offered for some tourists in Guntur vari thotha once. which other places have child prostitutes in Andhra? |

Narasannapeta prostitutes are cheap prostitutes. They do not increase their rate. Narasannapeta is very small town. If they increase their rate people will not patronise them. _________________ In India rich people become more rich and poor people become more poor. Because our politicians are following pro capitalistic policies.
