YSR should drop the decision of taking world bank loans

In those days Andhra Pradesh was called as Anna Purna. Now it is akali seema. World bank policies only made Andhra Pradesh as akali seema.

Other than world bank there are many organisations which can give loans. Now Germany is also ready to give loans for AP. YSR's Government should not take single penny loan from world bank.

YSR want to take 5 thousand crores loan from world bank. Presently he is asking 1,500 crores loan to world bank for roads. Why dont he think about alternative ways of increasing productivity instead of depending upon world bank which is pocket organisation of America and other parasite countries?
