what is the priority is it manufacturing or IT successive governments have neglected manufacturing and its progress in Feb2009 is minus 1.2 % whom IT companies approach for business in these present recession days USA successfully sending out indian companies by awarding IT contracts to Accenture and Microsoft JV Even big players like Infy sending their work force to india enmass if recent exodus of 30 software proffessionals from toronto by infy. Let us forget what is past but every government should think of developing basic and core sector industry to create employment and stop recruiting non CSE candidates for IT jobs.This will boost basic engg candidates to be available for core sector jobs.
