Just heard that PV Narasimha Rao has expired today. Very sad of that. PV Narasimha Rao is one of the most efficient Prime Ministers of India. It may be recalled he also served as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh at one time.

An online news paper termed him as 'the only prime minister outside the Nehru-Gandhi clan to complete a full five-year term in office'.
