I agree with you, but the day is not far away when every village is connected by cell network. BSNL, the telecom giant in A.P should be able to do it with the help of its existing network and its vast experience in the telecom sector. Unfortunately hardly any progress is made in establishing cell phone network by this company. Most of the private network providers are offering low call chargers due to heavy competition. However, I see BSNL is satisfied by its performance and happy to loose its customers year after year, more over it has increased its call charges for the calls made to other network.
I strongly encourage these private network providers like Airtel to establish their network in rural areas without compromising on the quality of the signal. |

| Thats right. BSNL has done lots of favor to the rural andhra. Despite this, mobile penetration in the rural parts seems to be less.
