Ya. Should be around those numbers. I heard of Sahara developing land, building apartments (of course designer types) and selling them at Rs. 50 Lakhs for the basic version to start with. This of course, is in Hyderabad between the Hitech city and Gachiboli areas. They sold the apartments like hot cakes in no time without much publicity and i think most of those who bought them were the richly paid software professions having good credit raising abilities.

But 40 - 60 Lakhs an apartment in Vijayawada seems a bit too much.
