The spread of real estate menace into Vizag is making headlines everywhere..........

What could be the pros and cons of this raising prices in Vizag ??

Is this a postive sign that Vizag is soaring high in all fields or is this a negative sign that Vizag is heading to become a nightmare to middle class people in the city whose dream of owning a home could remain a dream forever ??

Call for everyone to have your say on this....... Arrow

Raising real estate prices in abrupt manner is certainly not a good sign for middle class and common man. Unfortunately this is happening in case of all big cities in india and Visakhapatnam is not an exception. Raising real estate prices have direct impact in cost of living. Till now in small cities and towns, cost of living is still under control (or at least better than big cities) and hope middle class people can think of settling after retirement in towns leaving cities to Maphias, Cine stars, politial leaders and other rich community.
