The real estate boom has made lot of people to think that making quick money is the rule and not an exception. Many people want everything very quickly. When they realize that is not the case it results in frustruation resulting in such acts.

The present regime's policies are also to blame. They announce major projects everywhere resulting in real estate speculation and when they dont follow up with implementation it results in money flow being stopped encouraging crime.

Lot of ordinary "innocent" people benefited from the real estate including possibly you. it is not just gangsters , mafia and an "army" of criminals who got benefited.
