A very legitimate question indeed.

Its a game YSR and CBN and all the Politicians across the borders have excelled in. Use the MIM to contain Telanganites and satisfy their lust to empower one region at the cost of millions of lives from another region.

All for the reason of them embracing them to prosper their lives after the Tamils have shown the the door.
