For the first time in the history of this state, the Govt has complained to Supreme court to take action against a High court justice. The apparent request came after a comment by justice Gopal Reddy against land sales in Hyderabad. The entire bar association took it very seriously and condemned govt action. There is no doubt Justice has to be above politics. But what are his comments? If the Justice erred in his comments, why should govt go to final recourse so hastily without trying other options available within the state? Your views?

Its common fact that the govt is acting without any vision in this case and hell bent on destroying the city of Hyderabad. Thousands of acres are being sold without any concrete plans in place even in present era.

Communities are mushrooming for lakhs of acres with no allotment of land for schools or hospitals or playgrounds in all of these establishments. A very strange culture of club houses instead are being spruced up in every venture. Which in future is going to be the venue for parents to go indulge themselves in a evening of liquor and rumy, instead of encouraging their kids to some physichal activities.

All in the name of the prosperity of the region. What the high court did is very right and a landmark event.

13000 crores are being raised this year bu auctioning off land in Hyderabad to complete projects in Andhra region. If not for a seperate state of Telangana these people will turn Hyderabad into a hell which is already started smelling a bit.

It is not just politics I think High court judge tried to say that the land registration issues in Hyd are because of the influx non-telangana people. If he indeed said that there is no bigger danger than having such dudderheads in constitutional position.
