Total Lawless in Vijaywada?

Vijaywada alwayz has the tag of being the rowdy city or goon city of AP. Now , it is trying hard to get other tags like "Kill girls", "rape girls", city of AP. What a shame? Every year and now, Vijaywada has been safe heaven for rowdies and goons who kill women, rape them at will and escape easily with influence of their parents.

Today one more student of Engneering 1st year has been almost done to death by her senior of same college at krishnalanka. The goon student cut throat of his beloved girl who refused to love him.

It is not the mistake of him, the day when manohar murdered sree lakshmi ruthlessly in college, that fellow should have been hanged, but he escaped with reason of mental illness etc. Many more incidents happenned after that, and I think nobody have been dealt with ruthless punishments.

Why only Vijaywada?

Because, this goon city runs on politics, people with money, power rule this city. This city is divided vertically on caste lines, groupism, goonism, politicalism etc etc. Every small rowdy in politcs has high amount of Influence and his freinds, relatives do all atrocities and escape unhurt or un caught.

Police is equally corrupt, they are just for name sake, nobody cares them, even street rikshaw puller makes fun of police here. Is Vijaywada a failed city in keeping law????

It so happens that out cities all of a sudden have turned out to be places for crime. This, i think, is because of rapid urbanization and the changing cultures of people.

What about Vangaveeti's murder case? 70 witnesses produced evidences against Devineni Nehru's faction in that murder case but all of those culprits were released by the corrupt magistrate. Today, I read in news paper that police didn't even collect the found weapon used by the criminal in recent attack. It is easy of any rich criminal in that city to escape by luring police or magistrates.

Our kostha districts are not able to come out feudalst culture A handful of politicians and rich trade and power brokers run these towns and their followers do all sorts of criminal acts in order to prove their performance. basically these towns like vziawada have more followers than real leaders.
