So be it, and it is true, and I wanna say Vizag or its district and sister districts of Vijayanagaram and Srikakulam doesnt form part of "Kosta" that you spoke about.

But the fact that, Vizag's growth is daunted by Hyd is a fact, u agree or not Exclamation

yes, hyderabad a totally useless place getting more funds and an industrial city which has such an importance in core sector industries which is otherwise an industrial capital of state gets less importance, pity

while speaking to some important beurocrats in delhi last week i understand viziawada bus lobby are influencing railway ministry not to devlop train fecilities from vizag to hyderbad and chennai. The lobby is so strong that the volvos and non AC buses to the tune of 50-60 PRIVATE BUSES ARE UNDER OPERATION A DAY AND most of them are OWNED BY SMALL OR BIG POLITICIANS FROM KOSTHA AREA. iN THE SAME WAY HOTEL LOBBY MOST OF THE HOTELS BELONG TO BIG GROUPS LIKE TAJ, WELCOM, THE PARK ARE INFLUENCING NAVY NOT TO ALLOW 24/7 OPERATION AS THEY FEAR THE 90%OCCUPENCY WHICH IS NOW THEY ARE ENJOYING WILL BE WIPED OUT ONCE NOGHT SERVICES COME INTO OPERATION AT VIZAG AIRPORT

Today i have visted SEZ asias biggest in size viz. 22000acres with a glance of construction of more than 7-8 unts which includes brandix, WS,Philkingtion, united etc. I have also visted gangavaram port, pharma city(approx. 80 units are getting ready for production stage) and infrastructure around achutapuram, yellamanchili, paravada areas. It's an excellent development and realtors are really makng money here and an yard today costing around 3200-3900 which was 2000 last year. government has to approve international airport in its vicinity as almost all real estate unts are gearing up to take up construction of houses as most of the employees from the SEZ,VSP, NTPC, pharma city and other units coming up in this area are interested to have their houses constructed.
