December is gone already and seems every one forgot it for 2007. Remember, Visakha Utsav was first conceived as a festival celebrated once in a year. Post Tsunami, Visakhpatnam is skipping the festival. Now that the city became a mini-Cosmopolitan place with some or the other kind of festival or an event happening, people seems to be not so keen about it any longer.

it is not serving any purpose except cholking the beach road with unwanted stalls. let the beach road be left out if at all they want to perform the utsav. they can select new locations and develop them at par with RK beach.
