I dont know from which paper you took that news, what he really said was:

"Kashmir smasya pai bharat poradutune, maro vaipu ethara vishayaalu painaa charchalu jaruputundi", manamu rashtra vibhajana party high command ki vadilesi, rashtramlo naalugu prantala abhivriddi paina charchidam".

On a funny note..
I am looking for another Article 370 for Telangana.. Mr.CM when are you going to implement it? If you do that I will be with you... People are demanding separate state not a separate country, You fool..
