India as second worst country in sanitation system

Earliest toilet system of the world was introduced by Indians but now, India is the second worst country in sanitation conditions. China is in top worst position in sanitation conditions, Bangladesh is in fourth worst position and Pakistan is in seventh worst position. Seems the Top 5 Worst countries are the worst. And if we add China and India, i think, it means that a major portion of the world (in terms of population) is worst having sanitation conditions.

China: Population more than 1 billion - Top worst country in sanitation
India: Population more than 1 billion - Second worst country in sanitation
Pakistan: Population more than 140 million - Seventh worst country in sanitation
Bangladesh: Population more than 120 million - Fourth worst country in sanitation

Sanitation in these so called developing countries is worse than sanitation in many African countries. Billions of people of the world are living in very unhealthy conditions.
