CISCE is a mother like institution which needs to change with time.
[ Please read upto "Jaihind" and visit all links to have a complete scenario].

All the credit goes to Computer Science students of 2004 OutGoing batch of
Kotak Salesian School, Chinna Waltair, Visakhapatnam, who were subjected misfortune,
of loosing marks in the range of 13 to 24, because of Current System of CISCE

which turned out to be Defective and through my unethical belief and doing.

Fundamental Right of Every Student : oom dot in slash fres

1. Take a copy (Photocopy/Digital Photograph in the exam venue at end of exam, So that DES-Dual Evaluation System can be implemented, concerned teacher can evaluate and should intervene so that the School and child can have the right of Fair Evaluation ) of hand written answer sheets before sealing and sending to the Evaluation by respective Evaluator(Board / University). So that :
a) School Teacher can evaluate the copy ahead of the result and He can apply for Re-Evaluation in the case of less marks in board evaluation, Improper evaluation and its consequences.

b) Teacher of him will not be subjected to inconvenience or loss of job , may be his parents and near and dear.

2. S/He will have the right to apply for Viewing the Xerox copies of Evaluated Answer Scripts and if subject teacher expresses concern over fairness of awarding of marks, the student has every right to apply for Re-Evaluation.

All Boards/Councils/Universities Should setup Spot Evaluation Centers for evaluating answer Sheets and they should immediately STOP the practise of giving answers Scripts to home for evaluation ( < PLEASE DON'T ALLOW ANY SCOPE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN FROM NOW ON > ) where instead of actual evaluation sir,
some Second /Third unqualified or inexperieced persons/candidates will be deciding the fate of marks of FUTURE CITIZENS, how disgusting?

Dual Evaluation.


Internal assessment marks should be clearly separately displayed from board written Exam Marks in the marks / provisional certificate, As many managements are forcing teaching community to award maximum marks and the teaching community is both morally, ethically and mentally being subjected to turmoil with these things in mind. Need less to say that quality of the nation is as a whole undermined. Internal assessment marks, has become a Corruption in Education. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL EXAMINATION MARKS SHOULD BE LISTED SEPERATELY IN RESPECTIVE COLUMN HEADINGS, thus minimising Corruption in Education, so that intelligent students are spared and valued from rich and powerful(by muscle power) students can be valued relatively less when compared to quality students.
No board shall hand over the answer scripts to home, for evaluation.
Every Set of Question Papers will arrive with a unique Barcode to each Examination centre. This Barcode is to be used At the End of the examination, while taking Photocopies / Digital photographs of the Student Answer Scripts for authenticity of answer scripts of humans involved, Time and Location of the Examination.
So that Copies & Cd can be used to evaluate the contained answer scripts by concerned subject Teacher[Local].
If there is significant difference in marks, communication in both ways is possible before announcement of the result and the trauma [& after effects ] to be experienced by the students, teachers and parents [in lives of related people] can be avoided if not minimized.
This is the need of the hour as technology is improving and Concept based learning and answering systems evolve, and as students get the freedom to answer / solve / program in various[their own] ways. There is strong and urgent need to UnHamper[protect] the efforts of Brilliant children at the hands, minds of time constrained, tensed Evaluators, resulting in Human Evaluation Errors. Satyahraha started on 18/03/2006 1300 hrs after 2 days of advance intimation personally hanwritten letter and till now there has been no initiation from their side regarding the matter.

After 45 hrs of Satyahraha (fasting=no food and water)20/03/2006 10:48hrs before approaching the board i am uploading this, because i may not get chance and posses strength(fearing i may die yesterday night i drank one litre of water from ND railway station before sleep to cleanse my intestine).

I HAVE with drawn Satyagraha (21Mar'06 1105hrs )as my legs got cramped and to support my father who was feeling lonely at home, I have decided to return back to home. I wish every student of class 8, 9, 10 belonging to ICSE(C.I.S.C.E.) board, will write atleast 1 post card to the board and request their Pricipals to support their right. So that they have their right to "Fair & Transparent evaluation processes".

If the Board (C.I.S.C.E.) does it on its own it would be a great step ahead and would Set-Up a new "Bench Mark in Evaluation processes".

Deficiences or Errors or Mistakes in the explanation notes.

MY interaction with the office at PRAGATI HOUSE of C.I.S.C.E. was most unsatisfying and I would prefer to call it WHITE COLLARED CRIME.

Common Observation of experts is that,"As technology is advanced & upgraded the existing evaluation procedures will be inadequate & hence transparency and new upgradation of evaluation procedures need to be put in place."

The 3 main demands are :

Fresh issual of corrected marks sheets to 2004 outgoing batch students of KOTAK SALESIAN SCHOOL, CHINNA WALTAIR, VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH. So that parents of brilliant students of Comp. Science can opt in future for Computer Science as subjects of study in Engg. or Medicine.

Addition or Modifying existing grevience addressing rule as "Explanation Notes along with photo copies of evaluated answer sheets of respective 6 students".

Note : I wish the number of students to be increased to 10, which would put enough pressure on the examiners who would evaluate the answer sheets.

Question papers to be reviewed by a chain of post graduates or doctorates in the cycle of subjects computer --> English --> computer for bringing in the clarity of meaning there by eliminate the ambiguity in meaning to be interpreted from the questions.

The absence of above are responsible(played crucial role ) for the suffering of my students, loss of my mothers life and deterioration of my health.
