There is a news that a women sold her grand daughter as her daughter-in-law gave birth to a girl child.

Very bad!! Even in these modern days, people are still thinking that having a daughter is a burden.

God knows when this trend changes in India Exclamation

Well educated people also follow gender discrimination. By ultra sound scanning gender of the baby in the womb can be detected. If they know that girl is going to be born they abort that baby in the womb. They are misusing modern technology for gender discrimnation.

Such practice is more in rich states like Punjab and Haryana.
