Long back topic advocating to hate animal rights activists was locked by administrator. Recently, I found this article in website http://indianmaoism.net

There are some people who claim themselves as peace mongers and non-violencists. They think more about lives of stray dogs and pigs and do not bother much about human lives. There are many people in rural areas who die by starvation and lack of medical facilities. For example: Many villages of India are far from hospitals. Primary Health Centers are available in some villages but adequate emergency medicines are not available. For example: Anti-rabies injections are not available in many rural health centers. They are also costly and people should immediately run to towns for anti-rabies injection if dogs bite them. People like Maneka Gandhi who advocate not to kill stray dogs do not bother about cost of anti-rabies injections and availability of those injections in rural health centers. Municipalities and panchayats are having authorisation to kill stray dogs and pigs that spread diseases but pseudo non-violence actvists like Maneka Gandhi and Akkineni Amala etc are opposing those killings and playing with health of people. Rich people like Maneka and Amala can spend enough money for medical check up in corporate hospitals but it is difficult for poor people to spend money for anti-rabies injections if dogs bite them. Maneka Gandhi is arguing that killing stray dogs is not solution and if stray dogs are killed in one street, dogs come from other streets and cause much danger. She is arguing that sterilisation and vasectomy operations for stray dogs is only solution but she is not bothering about cost of those operations. She is claiming that those operations were successful in Chennai, Delhi and Jaipur and Tamil Nadu's government made such act to implement in whole state. She is also arguing that rats and plague cases increased in those areas were dogs were eradicated. Is she thinking that eradicating rats completely is also impossible? On 29th April evening, stray dogs attacked villagers who were sleeping infront of their homes in village Naganul in Mahbubnagar district of Andhra Pradesh. 7 of them were injured severely and they were admitted in hospital of Nagar Kurnool town. Anti-rabies injections are not available even in NagarKurnool area hospital and doctors gave them anti-rabies injections. Medical officers sent anti-rabies injections to area hospital only after recommendation of Naganul village sarpanch and local MLA. Maneka Gandhi and Akkineni Amala etc are more interested in personal popularity by name of non-violence and ignoring about health and lives of people.
