Kidnaps have become a common crime and are hitting the headlines more often recently. But the police are fast in their investigation too. Thanks to the locale from Borabanda, the police have arrested a lady who is believed to be the person having kidnapped three children in recent times. The local who saw her identified her based on photographs released by the police. Nice that people are coming forward in beating crime.
