It's all dialectical. Where social democracy ends, there revolutionary democracy starts. Where bourgeoisies oppresses proletariat(workers), there proletariat stage armed struggle against bourgeoisies. Those officers are bourgeoisie agents. So, proletarian revolutionaries killed them.
