i have requested previously not to bring in other countries names as we donot know their condition of life over there, how ever if your question is who are angutachaps, my reply is it is public otherwise they donot elect illiterate people to rule them. today i have seen on TV one MLA questioning a fertiliser plant promoter where from he got 150 crore rupees to estabish the plant in WG, OK do tou think that this fellow E.Dayakar does not know that entire 150 crore is not capital and in it 15% will be subsidy and 75 % will be loan component and besides any promoter can bring unsecured loans, bridge loans etc. and take no. of directors/partners. This is india
