Arrangements for Intermediate examinations

I was told that few students had problems with the intermediate examinations today. There was some tv footage that showed students writing exams under a shamiyana in plastic chairs. Having college huge money as fees on one side and having thousands of recognized colleges in the state under its hold, the board of intermediate examinations might have done some better arrangements. Also sad to note that traffic jams and lack of enough busses to examination centers too added to the troubles of the students.
