TDP writes to PM and Sonia on Tobacco issue

Telugu Desam Party Supremeo Chandrababu Naidu said that he has written to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Ms. Sonia Gandhi.

On a sidenote, Oscar Fernandes, the Minister for the department concerned, said that the GO (or rule or whatever) in regard to printing of a skull on the tobacco packets has come during the NDA-led rule itself!!

Is Sonia Gandhi involved in day today activities? Or only involves for major issues?
