Tourism in Godavari Area.

Post subject: Tourism in Godavari Area. |  |
| There are several places worth seeing in Godavari Area. I visited several places with very pleasant atmosphere in Godavari lanka areas during my child hood. It is seldom to find such variety of places in other parts of our country with in close proximity from one central place.
1. Temples: Annavaram, Samalkota, Draksharamam, Antharvedi, Mandapalli and I saw many temples in delta areas.
2. Sightseeing places: Maredumilli, Paamuleru, Paapikondalu . I visited these places and I found very pleasing climate. I never forget those places in my life time. I visited very long time back when facilities were not many. Now I heard government provided lot of facilities and developed tourist spots in these areas. Particularly palmuleru stream side one must stay at least few days to enjoy beauty of nature.

Sounds like you visited many places at the childhood itself. |

I visited Pamuleru area near maredu milli some time back. It is very nice place.
Also there is a place called Santi Ashramam near Sankavaram. It is few kilometers away from Annavaram. This also a nice place to stay one or two days for peace lovers.

I see.
I visited Annavaram, but didn't go/know to Santi Ashramam. |
