Mr. Bosta aiming Minister post to Ms. Bosta instead of ZP

Bosta Satyanarayana tested the political waters by first bringing his brother for ZP post and putting on line his wife for Minister position. Then others suggested 3 positions should not be within the family. Now Mr. Bosta asking his brother's position can be given to someone else. What does it mean. He don't need 3 positions to his family, only two enough: One for Mr. Bosta and another for Ms. Bosta. Then what Vijaya Rama Raju can say...Bosta family is not seeking 3rd position but important 2nd position.....
