You are right, if I understand upto some extent (if not all) the Mittal-WalMart alliance store items are similar to Reliance store items.

Bharti-Walmart stores will start as early as August 2007. However main administrator would be Bharti. Walmart will only provide logistics support.

I see. Bhart-Walmart is the name? One of the Mittal family members running the stores I guess, perhaps for that reason I do remember seeing such alliance news.
