The APPIC, Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation creating incentives to the prospective bidders to build 100-stories trade tower and business district in city oitskirts to be built on a 97 acre site. To encourage the bidders, the Government will collect the land cost in installments over several years to relieve burden from making a heavy initial investment on the land.
