Could be due to better offer from AP Govt? Whenever a new SEZ was initiated, some special benefits would be stablished for 10 to 15 years. It would be companies interest to utilize those. Also they may be cashing in Banglore skyrocketed real estate prices and also competetion for the technically qualified people can play a role too.
