hi friends in lastweek news i read a news in andhrajyothi with a main heading (basara lo iit ...andhra lo iim)......that government is planning to establish an iim in andhra....it had plans to establish the iim in vijayawada...send me the suggestions on it...vidyalawada ga unna vijayawada iim ni gelchukogalada.....mana leaders vijayawada lo iim ki krushi chestara?

I hope Vijayawada gets IIM. I've seen news clips of IIM proposed at either Vijayawada or Vizag. It doesn't matter. To me, they are one and the same. Every IIM has some kind of specialization. Though it is not by design, but it transpired that way based on the faculty and the location. If the location is Vijayawada, I hope it focuses more on Agriculture mgt and rural economy. If it is Vizag, I hope it focuses on engineering , manufacturing and petro chemicals. In any case, it is not the institutes that matter most but infrastructure that inspire these enterpreneurs to start new enterprises.

Once again the promise of IIM in AP is in News. This time it comes directly from the man responsible for it to happen. Vijayawada is the main contender and hope it materializes.
