Jawaharlal Nehru implemented a copy of the Stalinist economic model in India. Josef Stalin had setup lot of state owned industries and industrialised Russia that was primarily agrarian country in past. By using the money earned by industrialisation only Stalin defeated nazis in World War II. After death of Stalin, post-Stalinist leaders favoured on private property and state owned industries started facing losses. Gorbachev's policies Perestroika and Glasnost resulted complete restoration of capitalism in Russia. In Gorbachev's era also some state owned industries were privatised and rest of them were privatised after restoration of capitalism. Jawahar Lal Nehru had setup some national industries in India by copying a part of Stalinist economic model. Indira Gandhi and Rajeev Gandhi also continued same model. When P.V. Narasimha Rao became prime minister of India, our rulers started privatising national industries and also privatised profit making industries by creating artificial losses. Gorbachev privatised state owned industries in Russia by orders of imperialist Amerikkka. Indian rulers are also following orders world bank that is pro-Amerikkkan organisation. Present policies of Indian rulers are not better than Gorbachevite policies like Perestroika.

In india the public sector industry is plagued by reservations to some castes. These babus who got jobs on reservation does not work and does not allow others to work. it is still a ongoing story. How come ICICI regarded as best banking organisation when there is biggest government bank SBI exists. SBI is palgued by only babus who got jobs by mere reservation and it is a white elephant to nation. PV though thought of removing creamy layer in reservation groups back tracked because of his minority nature of government and hence to get rid of this problem and in the interest of fast track industrialisation. I am for public sector industries but these organisations are plagued by castes, politics and became rehabilaitation centers for unempolyed politicians. For example BHPV a once upon a time goood profit making company and only premier fabrication shop in public sector to manufacture plant and machinery for core sector industries in particular petroleum industry has become a sick unit because of one MD Mr. Raghavaih who got this post with TD politics and caste factor with a motive to finish BHPV and to start his own industry in hyderabad with technologies stolen from BHPV. privaitisation of HIndustan zinc and bharat alluminium is crime as entire assets of the country wide units were sold to sterilite group for a song(150 cr)

There were no reservations in past Soviet Union. Why did state owned industries face losses in the era of Khrushchev, Brezhnev and Gorbachev? Indian politicians are having more favour on world bank policies. Industries that made good profits before 1990 also started facing losses after globalisation. Vizag steel plant is making good profits now also but they want to privatise it. Are these policies better than Gorbachev's Perestroika policies?

who said, if there is any attempt the government will be toppled in AP and even at center, successive governments could not do BHPV and HSL at vizag leave aside VSP for the fear of worker's agitations and public anger. governments at center always plan some thing without taking local sentiments but if local politicians are strong enough this privitisation will be stopped. smaller states like chattigarh could not do any thing when its BALCO is provitised, similar fate will be there for Hindustan cables, IDPL, HMT, and
other public sectors in telangana in case attaining statehood in future.
