APS RTC had constructed bus stands in out skirts of towns in some areas. They are neither useful to people nor department. In Amudalavalasa in Srikakulam district bus stand is located in inconvinent place. In day time lot of busses come to Amudalavalasa. But people mostly wait for busses near railway gate or at old bustand or railway station. In late time no one go to that bus stand. That bus stand is located near agricultural fields. In night time foxes and bears roam in those fields. In Pathapatnam also bus stand is constructed in out skirt of town. There also few people go to that bus stand. In that area private busses are more. Private busses do not enter RTC bus stand. People who wait for busses in town center also easily catch private busses. Patronage of private busses also increased due to negligence of APS RTC.

APS RTC must think about location before constructing bus stations. Bus stations at out skirts of towns will be useful for resting of beggars than people.

Your post is too comical Suresh. I agree with you that the bus stands outside the city are misused but the passengers should not find it a problem as well.

In fact, there is a law which says that misusing public places is an offensible and punishable crime though no authority takes care of it.

In railways also beggars are not permitted to enter stations. But they freely enter stations. If police are strict there will be no tress passings in bus stations or railway stations.
