if cuban government follows prevention of deseages by any technic i am for it, please elaborate their basic health system, i am against allopathy to that extent any pathy.

Indian government neither works for prevention nor concentrates on maintainance of hospitals. People freely urinate near walls in streets of India. Urination generates foul smelling and breeds flies.

at last i have seen one ad today in The hindu by government of india on prevention is better than cure for diabaetics, dos and don'ts, it is agood indiaction that GOI should advertise on every deseage like this and publish books in local languages to enlighten the public and make compulsory for adherence of dos and don'ts.
