APS RTC is going to face crocodiles festival. Government is imposing high tax on APS RTC. Chandra Babu increased tax on APS RTC to make losses and privatise it. YSR did not reduce taxes on APS RTC. On private busses also there is no such high taxation. Some private operators take permit for one bus and run multiple busses with single permit for ignoring taxes. APS RTC will definitely face crocodiles festival if they dont reduce taxes.

In time of Chenna Reddy APS RTC used to get good revenue.Occupancy was very high. Now taxes are high and fares are high. Patronage became less.

It would be nice if APSRTC hires some good management gurus or guys - say from IIM's who can do a study and give the best method of utilizing its resources.

Private busses pay less tax. Some of them also take single permit and run multiple busses for saving from taxes. But they collect fares equal to APS RTC. But revenue of APS RTC is not sufficient for fuel costs, taxes and other maintainances.
