Satyam's construction is near completion int he place of Former TB & ID hospital land, which is next to Bullayya College.

True. Waiting for them to start their operations in Vizag.

Satyam made the first official announcement of their Vizag City Center location in its recent Quarterly Results. This means that things for starting operations is closing up..

Just opposite to Satyam, Wipro's world class technology center is coming up (construction started). Oracle has already announced that it would be starting its operations soon.
