I also have issue with the whole civil services layer that serves our ministers. I don't understand how the civil service test and training can breed managers and technologists that can make right decisions for the welfare of the people. I don't know what the solution is but see a huge gap. No country in the world has this system. It is practically a left over of British Raj that we are still toying around.

EVEN RUNNING A VERY TINY ENGINERING OUTFIT MYSELF WORKING WITH PRIMAVERA, MS PROJECT FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF EXECUTION SMALL PROJECTS OF 2-3 CRORES, WHY NOT GOVERNMENT PROJECTS CANNOT BE EXECUTED WITH REAL PROFESIONALISM AND ZERO ERROR.

MORE FREEDOM TO PEOPLE, UNNECCESSARY INTERVENTION OF POLITICIANS, BOTH RULING AS WELL AS OPPOSITION PARTIES REALLY RUINING THE COUNTRYS DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

CORRUPTION IN OUR STATE ALONG WITH OTHERS IS SO HIGH I HAVE READ SOME NEWS COLUMN KCR SAYING THAT THEY WANT TO EXECUTE THE IRRIGATION PROJECTS IN TELANGANA REGION AFTER DECLARATION OF TELANGANA AND BY THEM SELVES ONLY. THIS PROVES THE GREED OF POLITICIANS AND EXPOSE THEM FOR WHAT THEY ARE IN POLITICS.
