TRS observing Black day?

Every one knows that November 1st is AP Formation Day. But very few knows that the Telangana people observe it as Black Day. Even though it is not an official 'black day', enthusiam among the Telangana people has increased to observe the black day.

Many telangana leaders used to attend official government programs wearing black badges. But this time things have changed a bit. TRS leader and Minister Santosh Reddy has (surprisingly) attended official programs and he wore a white cap!! Guess what, he also commented that he cannot avoid official programs while many other telangana leaders have either remained silent or did not come out to attend any programs.
