Girglani said that it was an error in interpretation that Hyderabad zone was also part of implementation. Actually he clarified that Hyderabad should be treated as neutral.

Even logically, the capital city should belong to all people of the state, irrespective of regions. Long residing families simply cannot be repatriated as per whims of KCR and his band of rabble rousers and other opportunists in other parties. The forcible eviction of pundits in Kashmir should not be re-enacted here in Hyderabad by administrative coercion. The Telangana protogonists should realise that people from Andhra region enriched Hyderabad in IT, entertainment, tourism, medicare and education.

Where do we stand on this? Looks to me everybody agrees to Girglani report but no body agrees with each other.
