Its very bad on Maharastras part to restrict people,public representatives to that area (claiming its restricted).

My point is not that they are constructing a dam. I'm concerned at unconstitutional activity of restricting people from entering the territory.

That is very valid logic. Should be applied when it comes to crying against andhrites too.
