Right places to set up industries

I dont know if a topic such as this already exists on this board.. but here a question for you all..

If you would like to start an industry, in which district will you setup one? and Why?

Please assume that all factors such as availability of raw materials, land, labor, transportation and all other facilities are available across all districts in the state.

I can tell you suitability of the following industries in vizag.

Pharmaceuticals, tor steel, cashew kernels, CNSL, fly ash bricks, ceramics, refractories, stell fabrication units,medium and heavy chemical indutries, steel forgings,opc/ppc/slag cement, seamless pipe fittings, pig iron, sponge iron, off course with the recent addition of BPO/KPO sector. Any export orianted food processing industry such as mango pulp(huge crop of mango is available in neighbouring VZM district).

huge skilled and unskilled work force is available in north andhra, to be precise lots of migration of skilled work force into western cities of maharastra is still taking place even today.

Do we set up industries in the right area? Historically we didn't. The setup of Aluminum factory in S.Kota is probably the only one I can think of right industry in right area.

In my opinion, vizag steel is first industry in AP located at correct place and jindals come next to this.
