hi,
a textile park is coming up in vizag in an area of 1000 acres as some foreign companies r scouting for land in vizag.

Textile park should be also introduced in Telanagana. Many weavers had commited suicides in Telangana. Promoting textile business is more required in Telangana.

I think this particular textile park which is other wise called as apperal city being started by Brandix group of srilanka whose factories were washed out in recent psunami. As per UNO Vizag is rated as psunami free zone and has world class port for exports, brandix has selected vizag leaving chennai and other major cities aside and want to establish in vizag. There is a seperate garment city coming up behind vadlapudi rehabilitation colony which may house another 20-25 industries, where in brisk purchases of land is in progress.Brandix has world share of market of 6.5% and asia share of market at 57%, this group supplies garments to Birmingham palace and even white house, it is very reputed world class company, Kudos to Mr.Rosaiah for his negotiation skills and finalisation of vizag for this project.
