first let me congartulate you for deciding to start a industry in India.
i don't think our public servants sitting in the concern offices may help you out for setting up of an industry.
you need to come down office and enquire in person for precise information.
try to influnce through some politician or higher official before visiting office.
you can get most of information in offices listed in earlier threads.

please approach only APIIC for land allotment with your project report in the city you want to set up. you can go directly to parisramam bhavan in basheer bagh and meet GM(D) or any industrial park. Their rates are not more than 600/-per sq.mtr, please enquire if there is any recent revision.

| Corrupt goverment sells Rs 1 crore valuable land for just Rs 5 lakhs. With 1 crore, it is possible to give loans to 10 people who want to setup small scale industries.

I donot know your claiber, but my sincere advise is if you want a loan for setting up an industry please approach APSFC/Khadi, village board/commission your application for loan will be immediately cleared. i know most of these institutions are searching for enterpeunors. please utilise the schemes available. 1crore/5 lacs are realtive terms for any land cost as far as my knowledge goes at least in land allotment there is no corruption in AP.
