| BSNL should introduce more telephone exchanges in rural areas. In AP some remote hamlets are still not having phone connection. BSNL should provide telephone connection to every remote hamlet.

While i do not know the statistics about the number of telephone exchanges in the region, i suggest that BSNL needs to move to faster and modern telecom infrastructure when ever it is investing money.
