In Andhra Pradesh there are many internet cafes setup by individuals. Most of them collect Rs 20 per hour from browsers. Some private companies like Sify also setup cyber cafes in some areas. BSNL is a government sector company. BSNL should also setup internet cafes. It will generate good revenue to BSNL and also increase internet browsing. Internet cafes with cheaper charges ie Rs 10 or 15 per hour are more required.

Cyber cafes have LAN. If one computer is connected to internet, internet can be accesses in all computers. So they collect less charges. Rs 20 per hour is quite less. Rs 15 per hour may be good.

In most towns i have seen Cyber cafes charging just Rs. 10 an hour for internet. And with ISP's such as Iquara and Sify coming with good bandwidth, the services are quiet cheap and affordable.

In small towns there are many people who still use BSNL dial-up connection. They take Rs 20 per hour.
