ONGC refinery at kakinada - no use

ONGC is a central govt organization. All employees will be recruited on national level. So locals will not get any direct employment in it. On the contrary only our roads and environment will be spoiled. ONGC gas exploration units in Konaseema are a direct example. ONGC destroyed all the roads, paddy fields and coconut plantations with their heavy vehicles and occasional blowouts of fire in their gas rigs.

So people of the region, politicians and govt must be aware of all these problems and and take a decision in granting permission to their oil refinery project near Kakinada or Tondangi.

Along with Reliance ONGC may be having automatic rights at Kakinada. Is that right?
