What exactly lacks in Andhra...Is it INFRASTRUCTURE

Why most Companies are not willing to set up thier firms in Andhra .????
..............What do we lack ???

Most of us end the topic saying "INFRASTRUCTURE"

To my knowledge any industry basically focuses on facilities like Land ,Transport , Power, Man power, Communication,subsidies in various forms & Political support etc.,

Are we lacking any of them in the state , it is something we all need to give a serious & conscious think.

Why Volkswagon after holding many rounds of talk with Govt went to chennai(almost) ... ..............I feel, it is not due to Lack of infrastructure , it is due to Political instability , Immaturity, unwillingness, Illeteracy, lack of understanding of our political leaders ....... the list goes on

Shame on the part of crude and immatured politicians.

In a 11/2 hour discussion with Volkwagen team officials have clarified that they have offered enough concessions and nothing more is possible.

And regarding Fab city, government has shed off its earlier enthusiasm. “We wont care for Fab-City, they can invest in Tamilnadu if they wish, so” said a
senior IAS officer in a reluctant mood. The Fab-city representatives have asked for free land, water, and free power up to 200 Megawatts, Tax concessions and government guarantee to the loans raised by them.

Government is of opinion that rather than yielding to their demands better ignore the project, as accepting their demands would put up huge burden on the Public exchequer....

How can anybody expect AP to prospect.....

Infrastructure is less in Andhra Pradesh. Roads are not so wide(except national highways). Railway lines are less in Andhra Pradesh. Transportation development is also important for industrialisation.
