Everyone knows that iron and steel major POSCO has chosen Orissa for its plant. Let us do a small analysis as to what will happen if POSCO chose Andhra to set its iron and steel plant.

Few points to start with:

1. Visakhapatnam already has a steel plant. So, it is for sure POSCO will not choose it. Well, the port and good road network of vizag will surely attract it.

2. Which part of the state has good reserves of Iron and Steel? I mean as natural resources.

3. What region of the state really needs an industry of this size. Of course Telanagnities ask for it, but, please consider on All- Andhra Pradeh level about this.

Any other points that you may wish to add to this list...
